Destiny joined the Cannabis Science Lab in 2023 as a Clinical Research Coordinator after earning her Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research interests center on the behavioral pharmacology of cannabis, opioids, and novel psychoactive substances, with a particular emphasis on the therapeutic potential of cannabinoids. Much of her work as the CSL has focused on the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of orally ingested and vaped delta-8-THC, compared to delta-9-THC. In her current role as a Clinical Research Supervisor, Destiny oversees day-to-day operations of the lab and supervises research staff. Outside of the lab, she enjoys roller skating and spending time with her two bunnies.
